Olive Dining are passionate about providing nutritious and delicious school meals. They use local suppliers with sustainable sources to provide quality ingredients including meat from food standard assured farms.
Halal poultry, beef and lamb are provided by suppliers certificated by the Halal Food Authority. Eggs are free range and fish are sustainably sourced. The use of seasonal produce means reduced emissions while traditional crockery and cutlery help to avoid unnecessary waste.
Our new catering partner’s exciting and innovative menus offer a variety of hot dishes with different concepts on rolling three-week cycles. The cold lunch offer includes a selection of salads, sandwiches and baguettes.
