Users are forbidden by these Terms and Conditions to sell any goods and services on the Website except where these are sanctioned by the Trust and directly related to the activities of the Trust or our academies (e.g. tickets for performances at one of our academies).
Where Users are entitled to sell goods and services on our Website under these Terms and Conditions, The Trust does not assume responsibility for the goods and services Users sell on our website and cannot guarantee the accuracy or quality of any such goods and services. If we become aware of Users violating these Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to limit, suspend or prohibit Users from activities that include selling goods and services on the Website.

Links to other websites, including websites not owned by The Trust and over which The Trust has no control (“Third-party Websites”), may be published on the Website.
