What we offer
The Manor Trust oversees two academies – Kensington Avenue Primary School and Children’s Centre and Norbury Manor Business and Enterprise College for Girls.
The trust has a supportive induction programme for new staff and is committed to continuing professional development. We operate an optional health care plan in partnership with Simply Health and a salary sacrifice cycle purchase scheme in partnership with the Bike2Work scheme.
The Manor Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children and young people. As part of our safeguarding commitment, appointment to any post is subject to receipt of satisfactory references, medical clearance and a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as well as evidence of the right to live and work in the United Kingdom. The trust uses preferred agencies and, in line with our safeguarding commitment, is unable to work with any agencies without prior agreement.
