Students from Norbury High School for Girls took part in an exclusive Under Armour fitness testing experience at Battersea Power Station last month.
The year 10 and 11 students were invited to push their physical limits at the UA NEXT Academy, which has been specially designed for athletes aged 16-20.
A series of exciting challenges including speed trials, agility drills, grip strength assessments, reaction timing and vertical jump measurement put the girls through their paces. Each test was designed to highlight key aspects of fitness and performance, providing the students with a professional-grade experience.
The day not only motivated the students but gave them the tools to enhance their physical development and realise their athletic potential. Each student left the centre with a personalised six-week training program to help them continue to improve their fitness along with a complimentary Under Armour T-shirt and a discount worth 25%.
