New Headteacher Appointment at Norbury Manor

The Manor Trust has confirmed the appointment of a new Headteacher for Norbury Manor. Mrs Markieu Hayden (left), currently Deputy Headteacher at the school, will undertake her new responsibilities from September this year upon the retirement of Mrs Compton, the current Headteacher. Norbury Manor: Croydon Secondary School of the Year 2019

Norbury Manor Ranked in the Top 15% of Secondary Schools in the Country

The Department for Education (DfE) has released provisional data that once again places Norbury Manor in the highest possible grouping nationwide. The college’s Progress 8 score of 0.67 situates it firmly within the “well above average” band that comprises the top 15% of state-funded secondaries in the country. Across the borough, where the local authority average score is 0.07, only two other schools scored higher.
