Year 10 food technology students at Norbury High School for Girls had an experience to remember when Andrew Yeo, Corporate Executive Chef of Hakkasan Group, turned up to take their class!

Andrew, pictured with Ms Kelsey Campbell, Head of Food Technology, kindly showed our students how to make chicken and prawn dumplings.

The original Hakkasan restaurant in Hanway Place, London, was the first Chinese restaurant in the UK to earn a Michelin star, an honour it has retained for 20 consecutive years. Today, Hakkasan has restaurants at locations across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the USA.

With tuition like this (and we’re including Ms Campbell, of course) the sky’s surely the limit for our academy’s students!
