Norbury High students from year groups 9 and 10 are set to appear on stage in a play commissioned by the National Theatre.
The academy’s students have been rehearsing Molly Taylor’s Old Times over the past five months as part of their involvement with Connections, the NT’s youth theatre festival that has been championing bright young talent from across the UK for almost 30 years.
The Connections programme, which runs annually, matches some of the UK’s most exciting writers with the theatre-makers of tomorrow by commissioning new writing for young people to perform.
The students from Norbury High will be performing Old Times (recommended age 14+) at Theatre Peckham on Tuesday 28th March at 20.20. Tickets can be purchased via the link below.
