Norbury High School for Girls’ students recently visited Blackland Farm in the Sussex countryside to complete their rock climbing moderation.

The students, who are all studying GCSE Physical Education at our secondary academy, had to scale a range of indoor and outdoor rock faces as well as competing in speed races. Along with climbing they were abseiling, belaying, tying knots and learning about the sport’s safety requirements.
